Rules & Policy

1. About the Challenge

The #TimelessPassionChallenge is organized by Timeless Passion, a sports initiative powered by Timeless Tech (Rimo d.o.o.).
Our mission is to support grassroots cricket in Sri Lanka by celebrating those who embody true passion, skill, and creativity—the values that unite communities through sport.

The challenge is free to enter and open to all amateur cricket enthusiasts in Sri Lanka, regardless of gender, background, or league affiliation.

 

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be a resident of Sri Lanka.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Submit an original video featuring only yourself (or your team members, if applicable).
• Have access to TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook for entry submission.
   

All participants confirm, by uploading a video, that:

Everyone appearing in the video is over 18 years old.
They have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The content uploaded is original and does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright or likeness).
 

3. How to Enter

Follow these steps to join the #TimelessPassionChallenge:

1. Create Your Video

• Record a 30–60 second video showing your cricket skills, passion, creativity, or training routine.
• You can highlight batting, bowling, fielding, celebrations, teamwork, or any moment that reflects your love for the game.

 

2. Upload on Social Media
 

• Post your video on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
• Include the hashtag #TimelessPassionChallenge in your caption.
• Tag our official profile @timelesspassion_sports directly in the post.

 

3. Keep It Public
 

• Your account—or at least the post—must be publicly visible during the campaign period.
• Private accounts or posts visible only to friends will not be eligible.
• Stories or temporary posts (24-hour content) will not be accepted.
• Only Reels, TikTok videos, or Facebook video posts qualify.

 

4. Timing Matters
 

• Only videos uploaded between September 1 and November 20, 2025 are valid.
• Videos that were originally posted before September 1—even if later tagged—will not be counted.

5. Judging Criteria

Entries will be reviewed by the Timeless Passion team, with support from Friday Entertainment Pvt Ltd, based on:

• Passion & Energy (40%) – How strongly the love for cricket comes through.
• Creativity (20%) – Originality and presentation style.
• Engagement (40%) – Likes, shares, comments, and organic reach.

 

6. Prize

The winning participant will receive a voucher valued at LKR 700,000 (approx. €2,000), redeemable for cricket jerseys and equipment.

All logistics, purchasing, and prize distribution will be handled by Friday Entertainment Pvt Ltd on behalf of Timeless Passion.

The winner may choose one of the following two options:

 

Option 1

 - 21 Jerseys and Pants with Team Logo + Timeless Passion Logo
 - 1 Premium Kit Bag including:

• English Willow Bat
• Player Grade Helmet
• Batting Pads
• Batting Gloves
• Thigh Guard
• Ball Guard
• Elbow Guard
• Wicket Keeping Gloves
• Wicket Keeping Pads
• Side Arm Thrower
• Practice Stumps
   

Option 2

 - 21 Jerseys and Pants with Team Logo + Timeless Passion Logo
 - 2 High-Quality Kit Bags each including:

• 2 English Willow Bats
• 2 Helmets
• 2 Sets of Batting Pads
• 2 Pairs of Batting Gloves
• 2 Thigh Guards
• 2 Ball Guards
• 2 Elbow Guards

 

Prize Redemption Notes

• The winner must confirm their chosen option before production begins.
• If funds remain after fulfilling the chosen option, they may be used for additional cricket equipment as agreed with Friday Entertainment.
• The Timeless Passion logo will appear on all jerseys and may also be included on other selected gear.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and must be collected in person at the official ceremony.
• Failure to appear or respond within the designated time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

7. Local Partners

The challenge will be supported and coordinated in partnership with:

• Friday Entertainment Pvt Ltd – Local execution and prize management.
• Podhub – Media partner for “Good Night Sri Lanka” podcast coverage.
• Jersey Printing Supplier (to be defined) – For jersey production and printing.

 

8. Content Usage Rights

By submitting a video, participants grant Timeless Passion (Rimo d.o.o.) and Friday Entertainment Pvt Ltd the right to use, edit, and distribute the content for promotional purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Publishing entries or highlight reels on websites and social media platforms.
• Creating compilations or “viral campaign” videos.
• Using content for event coverage, articles, and future campaign promotion.
   

No financial or material compensation will be provided for such usage, and all rights remain non-exclusive.

 

9. Important Legal Notes

• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms, include underage participants, or contain offensive/inappropriate content.
• Entries that cannot be viewed due to privacy settings or technical issues will not be considered valid.
• The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

 

10. Liability & Release

By participating, entrants agree that Timeless Passion, Friday Entertainment Pvt Ltd, and their affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss, delay, or technical error related to submissions.
• Any personal injury or damage arising from participation or prize usage.
• Any issue related to third-party platform availability (TikTok, Meta, etc.).

 

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected during the challenge (such as names, contact details, and submitted content) will be used solely for contest administration and related promotional purposes.
All data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

12. Governing Law

These Rules & Policy are governed by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka, without prejudice to consumer rights in other jurisdictions.
