1. About the Challenge

The #TimelessPassionChallenge is organised by Timeless Passion, a sports initiative powered by Timeless Tech. Our mission is to support grassroots cricket in Sri Lanka by rewarding one outstanding participant who demonstrates true passion, skill, and creativity — inspiring the cricket community across the nation. This challenge is free to enter and open to all amateur cricket enthusiasts in Sri Lanka, regardless of gender or league affiliation.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be based in Sri Lanka.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Submit a video featuring only one person (yourself) in the entry.
• Have access to Instagram or TikTok to submit your entry.

3. How to Enter

1. Create Your Video

• Record a video (30–60 seconds) showing your cricket skills, passion for the game, and personality.
• You can showcase batting, bowling, fielding, celebrations, training routines — whatever expresses your love for cricket.

2. Post on Social Media

• Upload your video to Instagram or TikTok.
• Add the hashtag #TimelessPassionChallenge in your caption.
• Tag @timelesspassion_sports in your post.

3. Make it Public

• Your account (or at least the post) must be public so we can see it.

4. Multiple Entries Allowed

• More than one person from the same team can enter separately.
• The more videos from your community, the better your visibility!

4. Key Dates

• Challenge Opens: September 1, 2025
• Entries Close: November 20, 2025 (23:59 SLT)
• Winner Announcement: November 24, 2025
• Prize Ceremony: In person in Sri Lanka (exact date and location to be announced)

5. Judging Criteria

• Our panel will select the winner based on:
• Passion & Energy (40%) – How much love for cricket your video shows.
• Creativity (20%) – Originality and fun factor.
• Engagement (40%) – Likes, shares, and comments your video receives.

6. Prize

The winning participant will receive:

• A voucher worth Rs. 700,000 redeemable at a cricket equipment store in Sri Lanka.
• Allocation: Rs. 75,000 will be reserved for custom team kits (jerseys, printing, and delivery), while Rs. 625,000 can be used for cricket equipment.
• The voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and must be fully redeemed within this period.
• The prize will be officially awarded in person during a ceremony in Sri Lanka (exact date and location to be defined).
• The winning team commits to sharing photos and videos featuring the branded kits and equipment.

7. Important Notes

• All participants must be 18 years or older.
• Videos must not include anyone under the age of 18.
• Prize is non-transferable and must be collected in person by the winner.
• Any inappropriate or offensive content will result in disqualification.

8. Content Usage

By entering the contest, participants agree to grant Innova Hub BV (owner of the Timeless Tech™ trademark and promoter of the TimelessPassion initiative) the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute the submitted videos, images, and related content.
Such content may be published on the official TimelessPassion social media channels and website, and may also be used by Innova Hub BV for promotional and B2B marketing purposes beyond the local market, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, presentations, events, and corporate communications.
By submitting content, participants confirm that they hold the rights to the material and grant Innova Hub BV the right to use their image, voice, and likeness as part of the content shared, without any further compensation.

9. Liability & Release

By participating, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the submitted content and that no third-party rights are infringed. You release Innova Hub BV, Timeless Tech, and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the use of your content as described above.

10. Data Protection / Privacy

Personal data collected during the challenge (such as name, contact details, and submitted content) will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the contest and promotional activities related to TimelessPassion. By entering, you consent to such processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Rules & Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, where Innova Hub BV is incorporated, without prejudice to local consumer rights in Sri Lanka.
